Market driven price for taxi — again

It seems market driven pricing for cab services has already exists and operates with roaring success. It is Uber cab services.

This is more in the direction of my view that ownership and usage are different things, and often they need to be separated. There are economic reasons for it, which is why I think it might be possible to increase the number of COEs in Singapore, make them cheaper so most people may own cars, and yet cause less congestion, reap greater benefit and make public transport more efficient!
